Senior Product Manager – Product Led Growth- Paris (x/f/m)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential healthtech organization seeking a Senior Product Manager - Product Led Growth based in Paris. In this role, you will own the end-to-end product-led and marketing-led growth funnel, scaling acquisition engines across multiple European markets.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Owning the freemium offer: defining what features are free, metered, or demo-only, and designing conversion paths that move users to paid plans
• Managing and optimizing the subscription funnel for new business and upsell across web and in-product surfaces, including checkout and sign-up flows
• Designing in-product experiences that drive existing customers to higher-value plans
• Defining acquisition-side packaging: offer catalogues, eligibility rules, and contract signature flows across France, Germany, and Italy
• Leading marketing-led growth initiatives including lead generation, B2B website conversion, and lifecycle marketing
• Setting strategic direction for cross-team delivery, deciding when to enable autonomous conversion versus routing users to sales as product-qualified leads
• Contributing directly to ARR growth while reducing customer acquisition costs

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven ownership of a PLG conversion, ARR, or CAC metric as a primary objective in B2B SaaS at scale, with quantifiable results over a defined period
• Experience scaling product-led growth alongside a sales motion, with demonstrated ability to balance autonomous conversion with sales-assisted approaches
• Strong data analysis skills, including the ability to define funnel measurement frameworks and make experiment-driven decisions
• Solid product judgment on pricing, packaging, eligibility, and freemium boundaries
• Experience working within regulated environments with consent and country-specific constraints
• Ability to set direction for cross-functional teams and drive metrics across organizational boundaries
• Fluency in English

Bonus qualifications:

• Experience owning both product-led and marketing-led growth, connecting lifecycle, attribution, or lead scoring to the product funnel
• Multi-country experience with different pricing or packaging constraints
• Background in regulated or healthcare contexts
