About This Opportunity

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential health technology client seeking an Organic Social Media Manager to join their team in France (fully remote within France).

This is a strategic role where you'll build and execute the organic social media strategy for a fast-growing organization serving over a million members. You'll define the brand's social voice, create AI-powered content workflows, and turn social platforms into a primary channel for health education and brand awareness.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the organic social media strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, defining platform-specific frameworks and target personas
• Execute the full social strategy for the France market, including educational content, product storytelling, employer brand, and community engagement
• Coordinate with Brand, Product Marketing, and Growth teams to embed social media in product launches, campaigns, and major events
• Design and implement AI-powered content production workflows using LLMs, image generation, and video automation to scale content velocity
• Create systems where subject-matter experts across the organization can contribute raw inputs that transform into publish-ready content
• Build and operate measurement frameworks including follower composition, UTM tracking, brand awareness surveys, and social listening
• Bridge organic and paid efforts to maximize reach, consistency, and performance
• Define publishing cadence, platform-specific formatting, timing, and scheduling across all active channels
• Use data analytics to make autonomous editorial decisions and iterate on content strategy

What We're Looking For

Required Skills:

• Proven ability to build platform-specific organic social media strategies from scratch, including objectives, platform prioritization, and editorial calendars
• Strong editorial judgment with the ability to make fast, autonomous decisions about what to publish and where
• Hands-on content production experience across formats (short video, carousels, static posts, copy-led content)
• Experience with AI tools for content creation and ability to design automated workflows
• Deep understanding of what works natively on each platform rather than one-size-fits-all repurposing
• Ability to read social analytics and translate data into actionable editorial decisions
• Experience building simple and rigorous reporting frameworks
• Native-level French with perfect written syntax
• Fluent English (working language)
• Spanish or Dutch is a plus
