Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential software organization seeking a Sales & Customer Growth Trainee for their 24-month structured development program in Darmstadt, Hessen. In this role, you will:
- Rotate through various business functions including marketing, contract negotiation teams, and industry-focused account management, while maintaining ownership of your assigned accounts
- Learn end-to-end software sales processes from initial outreach through long-term customer relationship development
- Work directly with leading companies in banking, insurance, retail, or energy & utilities sectors to develop strategies leveraging AI and emerging technologies
- Take on early responsibility and shape your own development path based on your strengths and interests
- Collaborate with fellow trainees, receive personal mentorship, and participate in targeted sales academy training programs
What We're Looking For
- Currently studying business administration, business informatics, or a related field, ideally near completion of Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Passion for software, technology, and digital business models
- Enjoyment of interpersonal exchange and strong communication skills
- Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and motivation for professional development
- Open, positive personality with collaborative team-working abilities
- Very good German and English language skills
