About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential technology consulting organization seeking talented graduates for their Salesforce trainee program. Our client offers a structured 6-month intensive development program designed to launch your career in Salesforce consulting. This is a permanent position with flexible start dates throughout the year, based in Heidelberg with options for location flexibility after the initial training period.

Responsibilities

• Complete a comprehensive 6-month training program combining theoretical knowledge with hands-on project work
• Work directly with client teams on real consulting engagements under experienced mentorship
• Participate in specialized training sessions and pursue Salesforce certifications
• Apply best practices and consulting methodologies in customer-facing contexts
• Collaborate with international teams on global implementation projects
• Engage in one-on-one mentoring for professional and technical development

What We're Looking For

• Master's degree (recent graduate or final-year student)
• Strong motivation to build a career in technology consulting
• Fluency in both German and English
• Eagerness to learn Salesforce platform technologies and earn certifications
