Performance Marketing Manager/ Digital Campaign Manager (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential B2B consulting organization in the Heidelberg area that serves market-leading clients across manufacturing, automotive, life sciences, and related industries. Our talent team is searching for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to drive data-driven digital campaigns and lead generation initiatives.

This role reports to the Head of Digital Marketing and offers significant responsibility in shaping campaign strategy, execution, and optimization across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and continuously optimize data-driven B2B marketing and lead generation campaigns in collaboration with marketing, sales, and functional teams
• Develop campaign concepts including landing pages, micro-sites, and digital assets in partnership with internal stakeholders
• Manage operational campaign execution across LinkedIn, Google Ads, Display/Programmatic, and retargeting platforms
• Leverage AI tools to optimize targeting, ad creative, and overall performance
• Expand marketing automation and tracking infrastructure
• Conduct campaign analysis and performance management
• Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to monitor KPIs

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of hands-on experience executing data-driven B2B performance marketing campaigns, ideally within consulting, technology, or professional services environments
• Proven track record generating qualified leads through digital channels
• Deep expertise with performance marketing tools and platforms including LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, programmatic advertising, marketing automation systems, and analytics platforms
• Strong experience in campaign conception and production: audience building, content strategy, ad creative, targeting mechanics, funnel optimization, and KPI frameworks
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools for marketing optimization
• Excellent analytical skills with focus on performance data, reporting, KPI definition, and dashboard development
• Fluent German and English language skills (negotiation-level proficiency)
• International experience is a plus
• Team-oriented mindset with structured, independent, and results-driven working style
