About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential autonomous vehicle technology organization seeking a Trainer to join their German operations team. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Leonberg, focused on ensuring training quality, maintaining operating standards, and supporting professional development across specialized technical teams.

As a Trainer, you'll monitor program effectiveness, develop training materials, conduct quality assessments, and collaborate with subject matter experts to continuously improve both content delivery and operational standards.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements
  • Maintain training records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
  • Conduct regular assessments of operating standards across teams and individuals to ensure they meet quality standards and objectives
  • Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online resources
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify areas for improvement in training content, delivery, and operating standards
  • Monitor and analyze training metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and oversee the implementation of quality assurance processes for training programs and operating standards
  • Assist Team Leads with staff professional development and course completion
  • Interact with cross-functional stakeholders to understand training requirements for future business needs, including growth of commercial operations

What We're Looking For

Essential Requirements:

  • Full clean DE (German) driving license
  • At least 8 years' driving experience, mainly in Germany
  • No blameworthy insurance claims in the past three years
  • Proven experience as a team coordinator or similar role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills in 1:1 capacity, with team members, and with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to remain calm and controlled in a pressured environment
  • Growth mindset—able to take on board feedback and learn from mistakes
  • Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
  • Proven strategies for managing wellbeing including fatigue and stress
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Fluent in English

Desirable Qualifications:

  • A recognized Assessor qualification
  • A qualified Vehicle Safety Operator with a current qualification
  • A recognized Quality Assurance qualification

Additional Requirements:

  • Available to work full-time on-site based out of the Leonberg office, 5 days a week
