Stage – Account Management Partner (x/f/m) – janvier 2027

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential healthtech SaaS organization seeking an Account Management Partner intern starting January 2027. In this role, you will support our client's Customer Success team in maximizing satisfaction and development for their dental practice clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Contributing to team commercial performance by analyzing and maintaining sales data quality and pipelines in Salesforce
• Supporting the integration of professional practice management tools with the platform
• Acting as a coordination point between dental practices and internal technical teams
• Training and supporting healthcare professionals in adopting AI-powered tools to maximize their daily workflow efficiency
• Assisting with dental practice monitoring and support activities, including client satisfaction tracking and online presence optimization
• Managing operational requests through ticketing systems and reporting
• Participating in client onboarding for telephonic assistant and AI product features, including launch tracking, training, and ongoing support

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks candidates with:

• Master's degree level education from a business school, engineering school, or university equivalent, seeking an end-of-studies internship
• Comfort with telephone communication and genuine enjoyment of client contact
• Strong interest in SaaS solutions and AI tools
• Demonstrated rigor, curiosity, and proactive approach to work

Ideal candidates will also have:

• Enthusiasm for working in agile, rapidly evolving environments
• Knowledge of CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
• Fluency in French

Position Details: This is a 6-month full-time conventional internship based in Levallois-Perret (Paris area) with a hybrid work policy. The desired start date is January 2027.
