AI Producer (H/F)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential international food industry organization seeking an AI Producer to join their creative content studio in Paris. Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will collaborate closely with brand managers and the global marketing team on the following:

• Design and produce animated and static content across a wide variety of formats including social media reels and posts, DOOH, digital, in-store, and other formats, integrating AI workflows to accelerate production without compromising quality
• Master and evolve the use of AI-powered video and image generation tools (Runway, Kling, Pika, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, and others) to enrich the studio's creative processes
• Manage the entire production process from briefing and storyboarding through to final execution and delivery of files compliant with technical specifications
• Evaluate AI outputs with a critical eye and refine them using traditional tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro) to ensure a high-quality final result
• Present and defend your creative proposals to client teams and internal stakeholders
• Work closely with brand contacts and all studio expertise areas (Creative Director, Art Directors, Copywriters, Designers, Project Managers)
• Ensure respect for brand visual identity and graphic consistency across different assets
• Continuously evaluate new creative AI solutions and share them with the team
• Occasionally perform photo montages and retouching
• Maintain ongoing research into design trends, social media, and pop culture at an international level to maintain excellence

What We're Looking For

• At least 10 years of experience in a similar role, in a creative agency or internal studio
• Advanced mastery of generative AI tools applied to visual and animated content creation: video generation (Runway, Kling, Pika), image generation (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly), and other emerging industry tools
• Ability to identify when an AI workflow is relevant and when a traditional approach guarantees a better result
• Advanced use of generative AI tools to amplify creative quality and production efficiency
• Experience in designing and optimizing custom AI workflows
• Ability to train team members on effective use of AI tools in the discipline
• Experience with major international brands, ideally in consumer goods
• Mastery of Adobe Suite and video software (especially Premiere Pro and After Effects)
• Proven expertise in 2D animation (animated typography, transitions, characters, objects, etc.)
• Significant experience on social media projects
• Attention to detail and high standards for visual quality
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work both independently (organization, meeting deadlines, proactivity) and as part of a team (positive, collaborative, sociable)
• Ability to work alongside a client (listening, proposing solutions, diplomacy) and to present and defend ideas
• Strong sensitivity to creative ideas, social media trends, and pop culture
• Perfect command of English (written and spoken)
