Stage – Partenariats Opérations et Stratégie (x/f/m) – janvier 2027

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential healthtech organization in Paris seeking an intern to support their partnerships operations and strategy team. In this role, you will work directly with the Head of Partnership Strategy and Operations on commercial strategy and operational implementation.

Your responsibilities will be organized around four main areas:

• Strategy and Development: Analyze the potential of new partner segments and participate in developing commercial proposals
• Operational Optimization: Deploy and improve partner relationship management tools including CRM, reporting, and billing systems
• Performance Analysis: Conduct performance analyses and create and maintain dashboards tracking strategic KPIs such as conversion, revenue, and satisfaction metrics
• Training and Communication: Develop training materials for partners and internal teams, prepare communication content, and participate in organizing partner events

Through this internship, you will develop concrete skills in data analysis and business intelligence, project management and continuous improvement, B2B commercial development, and mastery of CRM and business tools.

What We're Looking For

Our client is seeking a candidate with the following profile:

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree at a business school or engineering school
• Previous professional experience, ideally in a consulting firm or Sales Ops/Strategy team
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills
• Comfort with tools, numbers, and advanced Excel functions including pivot tables
• Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken

Internship Details:

• Full-time mandatory internship (stage conventionné)
• Duration: 6 months
• Start date: January 2027
• Location: Paris (Levallois-Perret area), hybrid work policy
