Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential digital analytics organization in their search for a Vice President to lead their Banking & Financial Services vertical. This is a strategic role focused on building market presence, driving revenue growth, and establishing the company as a recognized authority within the BFSI space.

You'll work cross-functionally to develop go-to-market strategies, support high-value enterprise deals, and position the organization's solutions as essential tools for the world's largest financial institutions. This role combines strategic vision with hands-on involvement in revenue performance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales, product, marketing, and solutions engineering teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for the Banking & Financial Services industry
• Actively support the sales organization in winning key global accounts and securing flagship customers among top-tier global banks
• Develop product positioning, messaging, and strategies to pursue growth across Retail Banking, Wealth Management, and related BFSI sub-verticals
• Serve as executive sponsor on high-priority deals, refining narratives and overcoming late-stage procurement and security audit challenges
• Define competitive strategy to demonstrate superior ROI in fraud detection, call deflection, and digital experience optimization
• Create repeatable BFSI sales playbooks and enablement materials that increase sales velocity across the revenue organization
• Collaborate with Product to ensure solutions meet rigorous security, compliance, and regulatory standards of financial services
• Build brand recognition through analyst engagement (Gartner, Forrester), keynote participation, and industry roundtables
• Develop thought leadership content including practitioner articles, joint publications, podcasts, and conference presentations
• Leverage executive networks to facilitate introductions to C-Suite stakeholders including CIOs, CDOs, and heads of Risk and Digital

What We're Looking For

• Extensive experience in the Banking & Financial Services industry, ideally with a background as a digital or technology leader at a major financial institution
• Preferred: SaaS or B2B technology experience with a focus on creating, analyzing, and optimizing digital experiences for consumers
• Deep familiarity with navigating bank procurement processes, security audits, and regulatory compliance requirements
• Proven ability to translate complex digital signals into tangible Risk, Fraud, and Revenue outcomes that resonate with financial services executives
• Strong knowledge of enterprise sales processes and demonstrated ability to influence deals without direct ownership
• Clear point of view on how to win in the BFSI space, including understanding of roles and decision-making dynamics around digital experience investment
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex concepts persuasively at the highest levels of an organization
• Track record of influencing cross-functional teams—Product, Marketing, and Sales—without direct reporting lines
• Willingness to travel up to 25%

Pay

The client offers a base salary range of $220,000 - $250,000 plus variable compensation. Additional benefits include comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k with employer match, equity options, unlimited PTO, and remote work flexibility.
