Vendedor/a 20h – Goya (Madrid) – Timberland

VFC is seeking a Sales Associate to work 20 hours per week at the Timberland store located at Goya Corner in Madrid, Spain. In this full-time position, you'll be the face of our brand, helping customers discover quality footwear and outdoor apparel while maintaining our retail excellence standards.

As a Sales Associate at the Timberland Goya Corner store, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while maintaining our high merchandising standards. Whether you're assisting a first-time Timberland shopper or helping a loyal customer find their next pair of boots, your role is central to the store's success. You'll work within a collaborative team dedicated to representing Timberland's heritage and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide personalized product recommendations based on their needs and preferences
• Demonstrate product features, explaining the quality and durability of Timberland footwear and apparel
• Process transactions and manage point-of-sale operations with accuracy and care
• Maintain visual displays and ensure the store floor is clean, organized, and inviting
• Build product knowledge and stay current with Timberland's latest collections and technologies
• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed
• Contribute to a positive team atmosphere and support colleagues during peak hours

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience, or demonstrated customer-facing communication skills
• Fluency in Spanish and English, spoken and written
• Strong interpersonal skills and genuine enthusiasm for helping customers
• Ability to work flexible hours within your scheduled 20-hour weekly commitment
• Reliable attendance and dependability
• Comfortable with point-of-sale systems and basic technology
