As Supervisor at The North Face Norfolk store, you'll lead a dynamic retail team dedicated to connecting customers with high-performance outdoor gear and apparel. This full-time supervisory position centers on managing daily store operations, guiding team members, and upholding the brand standards that make The North Face a leader in outdoor retail.

What You'll Do

• Oversee store operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
• Lead, mentor, and schedule a team of sales associates to deliver consistent performance
• Drive sales results and meet performance targets through product knowledge and customer engagement
• Maintain an organized, well-stocked sales floor with high visual merchandising standards
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns with professionalism
• Train team members on products, sales techniques, and customer service excellence
• Manage cash handling, registers, and point-of-sale system operations
• Support inventory management and loss prevention initiatives

Who We're Looking For
