Position Summary

As a full-time Supervisor at Vans Disney Springs Town Center, you'll lead our store team in delivering outstanding service while maintaining operational excellence. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll oversee daily store operations, develop team members, and ensure our store reflects Vans' commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. You'll work directly with our Store Manager to achieve sales targets and foster a positive work environment that embodies our brand values.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor store associates, providing coaching, feedback, and professional development opportunities
• Manage shift operations including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management
• Ensure consistent execution of merchandising standards and product displays throughout the store
• Drive sales performance through effective customer engagement and team motivation
• Maintain compliance with company policies, loss prevention procedures, and safety standards
• Address customer concerns promptly and professionally to maintain satisfaction and loyalty
• Assist with scheduling, training coordination, and performance management activities

Requirements

• Proven supervisory or team leadership experience in retail or customer service environments
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in fast-paced settings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to motivate diverse teams
• Working knowledge of retail operations including POS systems and inventory management
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require
