Timberland: Supply & Demand Planner (Americas)

VFC is hiring a full-time Supply & Demand Planner for Timberland in Stratham, New Hampshire. This role is critical to optimizing product availability and inventory efficiency across the Americas, where your analytical work directly impacts customer satisfaction and business performance.

About the Role

As a Supply & Demand Planner for Timberland, you'll bridge sales forecasting with supply chain execution across the Americas region. You'll analyze market trends, customer demand signals, and inventory data to develop balanced plans that ensure the right products are available when customers need them—without excessive stock. This is a hands-on position where your insights drive operational decisions for one of the world's most recognized outdoor footwear and apparel brands.

Core Duties

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for Timberland products across the Americas
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align supply plans with business objectives
• Monitor inventory levels, lead times, and key supply chain metrics to identify optimization opportunities
• Analyze historical sales patterns and market conditions to refine forecasting accuracy
• Create production and procurement recommendations balancing service levels with cost efficiency
• Prepare reports and dashboards tracking supply chain performance against targets
• Communicate forecasts and plans clearly to cross-functional stakeholders

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in supply planning, demand forecasting, or supply chain roles
• Proficiency with supply chain planning systems and advanced MS Excel skills
• Strong analytical abilities with meticulous attention to detail
• Demonstrated success working with large datasets and translating data into insights
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in apparel, footwear, or consumer goods supply chains preferred
