Role Overview

This full-time supervisory position puts you at the heart of our Canoga Park store's operations. You'll combine hands-on leadership with strategic management to build a high-performing team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and maintain the operational excellence that defines our Vans brand presence in the Southern California market.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and schedule team members to consistently meet sales targets and service standards
• Oversee all aspects of store operations, including opening procedures, closing routines, and cash management
• Drive sales performance through active floor engagement, deep product knowledge, and authentic customer relationships
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and execute seasonal promotions across the store
• Manage inventory accuracy, coordinate stock rotations, and communicate with headquarters on supply needs
• Train and develop staff on product features, company policies, and customer service excellence
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and represent the Vans brand with integrity
• Monitor store metrics, analyze performance trends, and report results to management
