As a Sales Lead for Vans in San Luis Obispo, California, you'll combine hands-on selling expertise with team supervision. You'll play a key role in the day-to-day success of our retail location, mentoring team members, managing operations, and ensuring customers receive outstanding service. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead the sales team toward store targets while maintaining high service standards
• Oversee store operations including opening, closing, inventory management, and visual displays
