About This Position

As a Timberland Supervisor at our Wayne location, you'll oversee daily store operations and guide a team of dedicated retail associates. Your role bridges corporate objectives with the unique needs of our Willowbrook Mall customers, ensuring every interaction reflects Timberland's commitment to quality, heritage, and authentic outdoor craftsmanship. This position requires your presence on-site, working a full-time schedule that may include evening and weekend hours to match customer traffic patterns.

Core Duties

• Lead, mentor, and schedule store associates to achieve sales targets and service standards
• Manage store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and security protocols
• Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock placement, and maintain visual merchandising standards
• Build customer relationships and resolve escalated service issues with professionalism
• Execute promotional campaigns, monitor pricing accuracy, and track key performance metrics
• Train new team members on Timberland products, company policies, and customer engagement techniques
• Collaborate with district management on staffing, compliance, and strategic initiatives
