Senior Project Manager/Estimator – Foundation

Veitusa is hiring a Senior Project Manager/Estimator - Foundation in New Berlin, Wisconsin. In this full-time position, you'll lead foundation construction projects from initial estimation through completion, managing project schedules, budgets, and team coordination to ensure successful delivery.

About This Position

You'll own the entire project lifecycle for foundation work—developing accurate estimates, planning timelines, and directing on-site execution. Working with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, you'll balance technical knowledge of foundation construction with strategic project management to keep work on track and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project estimates covering materials, labor, equipment, and scheduling
• Create and maintain project schedules; coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
• Oversee day-to-day project operations and maintain quality standards
• Monitor project finances and control costs throughout execution
• Communicate project progress, risks, and updates to stakeholders and leadership
• Resolve project obstacles and manage scope changes

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience managing or estimating foundation construction projects
• Deep familiarity with foundation construction methods, materials, and best practices
• Proficiency with estimating and project management software
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities
• High school diploma or GED; degree in construction management or related field preferred
