Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and articulate product vision for platform modernization, ensuring cohesion among engineering, operations, and business leaders
• Create comprehensive roadmaps and technical requirements that guide migration strategies and define modernization phases
• Partner with engineering teams to assess system dependencies, prioritize modernization workstreams, and establish measurable outcomes
• Conduct competitive and market analysis to validate modernization strategy and ensure Vanguard remains technology-competitive
• Oversee project execution from conception through deployment, managing timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations
• Collaborate across functions to enhance operational efficiency and strengthen customer experience through platform improvements

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally with focus on infrastructure, platform systems, or large-scale modernization
• Demonstrated knowledge of enterprise architecture, cloud platforms, and distributed systems design
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Track record managing large, multi-workstream projects with geographically distributed teams
• Strategic mindset combined with hands-on product ownership and execution discipline
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or equivalent professional background
