Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and track business projects from initiation through closure
- Gather and analyze requirements from multiple stakeholders and business units
- Develop project schedules, scope statements, and resource plans
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Lead cross-functional teams toward project milestones and deliverables
- Communicate status updates and insights to executive leadership
- Document processes, lessons learned, and best practices for future initiatives
Who We're Looking For
- Project management experience in a business, financial services, or corporate environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches)
- Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office applications
- Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- Ability to build relationships and influence across organizational lines
