Manager, Advice Offer Management

Join Vanguard as a Manager, Advice Offer Management and lead the strategy and execution of our advisory service offerings across our organization. Based at one of our 3 locations, this full-time role combines business leadership with operational excellence to drive how clients access and experience our advice-based solutions.

The Opportunity

This managerial position sits at the intersection of client strategy and business operations. You'll oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of advice service offers—from conception through market delivery—ensuring they align with client needs and business objectives. Your leadership will shape how Vanguard structures, prices, and communicates advisory offerings to internal and external stakeholders. This is a role where your decisions directly influence how millions of investors access world-class financial guidance.

Core Duties

• Direct the development, refinement, and deployment of advice service offerings and their commercial positioning
• Lead cross-functional teams including product, marketing, compliance, and operations to bring offerings to market
• Analyze market demand, competitive positioning, and client feedback to identify enhancement and expansion opportunities
• Own offering profitability analysis and monitor performance against financial targets and service metrics
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align advice offerings with broader firm strategy and client value propositions
• Manage stakeholder communications, including presentations to business leaders and external partners
• Ensure offerings comply with regulatory requirements and internal governance standards

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in financial services, with at least 2 years in a management or senior leadership capacity
• Deep knowledge of investment advisory, wealth management, or related financial services models
• Proven ability to lead matrix teams and drive initiatives across organizational boundaries
• Strong analytical and financial acumen—comfort with profitability modeling and business metrics
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization
• A strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution capability
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required
