Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in capital markets, trading, investment banking, or related financial services
- Proven success in senior management or leadership roles within capital markets environments
- Strong understanding of capital markets products, strategies, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning capabilities
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management at all levels
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred
