UI/UX Designer – Remote

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential fintech organization seeking a passionate and innovative UI/UX Designer for a fully remote position based in Poland. Our talent team is looking for a creative professional who can combine strategic thinking with design excellence to craft intuitive digital experiences that make financial tools more accessible and user-friendly.

In this role, you'll collaborate with global cross-functional teams to deliver user-centric solutions that drive engagement and trust across digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product managers and developers to translate complex financial concepts into simple, elegant, and usable designs
• Conduct user research, persona creation, and usability testing to guide product decisions and validate design hypotheses
• Design wireframes, interactive prototypes, and pixel-perfect UI mockups for web and mobile applications
• Build and maintain scalable design systems and UI guidelines to ensure consistency across products
• Incorporate data-driven insights, user feedback, and business objectives into design iterations
• Stay current with design trends, accessibility standards, and UX best practices
• Collaborate with branding and marketing teams to ensure cohesive digital experiences

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Digital Media, or related field
• Minimum 3+ years of UI/UX design experience, preferably within fintech, banking, or digital payments
• Proven portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking—from research to high-fidelity prototypes
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent design tools
• Working knowledge of UX research methodologies, information architecture, and responsive design principles
• Strong understanding of fintech user behavior, micro-interactions, and data visualization for financial products
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset for working across remote and cross-functional teams
