Implementation Manager MN-Offshore

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential telecommunications organization seeking an experienced Implementation Manager to join their offshore team in Pakistan. Our client operates critical mobile network infrastructure and requires a seasoned professional to lead technical implementation projects across multiple technologies.

This is a full-time position reporting directly to senior leadership, with responsibility for managing cross-functional teams and ensuring successful project delivery within approved timelines and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage implementation staff including Project Coordinators, Engineers, Technicians, Riggers, Helpers, and drivers
• Oversee deployment and configuration of mobile network technologies including 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G, microwave, in-building systems, and distributed antenna systems
• Develop, coordinate, and execute comprehensive project plans, task schedules, and resource allocation to ensure on-time delivery
• Ensure project milestones and departmental goals are met while adhering to approved budgets
• Manage change control processes, including testing tailored configurations, revisions, and approvals
• Collaborate with Implementation Engineers on system configuration and data migration activities
• Write detailed custom functionality specifications for engineering teams after thorough client consultation
• Maintain strict confidentiality of organizational information and client data

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience with GSM technologies across 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G networks
• Hands-on expertise with microwave (MW), in-building systems (IBS), and distributed antenna systems (DAS)
• Demonstrated experience managing technical teams and project resources
• Strong project management skills with ability to deliver against timelines and budgets
• Experience in change management and configuration testing processes
• Excellent collaboration skills for working with engineering and technical teams
• Ability to translate client requirements into technical specifications
• Strong commitment to confidentiality and professional ethics
• Location: Pakistan
