Founders Associate Intern

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential EdTech organization in Germany seeking a Founders Associate Intern to join their leadership team. In this role, you will:

• Work closely with senior leadership to identify new growth opportunities in the digital learning space
• Support the development of new product offerings by collaborating across learning success, content, product, and growth teams
• Drive strategic projects directly with the founding team to shape the company's future direction
• Contribute to high-impact initiatives that influence how skills development is delivered

What We're Looking For

Our client requires candidates who possess:

• Current enrollment in a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD program
• Previous experience in fast-paced environments such as high-growth startups, venture capital, private equity, investment banking, management consulting, or technology companies
• German language skills at C2 level and very strong English proficiency
• Entrepreneurial mindset with exceptional attention to detail
• High degree of initiative and sense of ownership
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
• Natural curiosity and passion for continuous learning
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
