We are representing a confidential digital marketing agency in Bielefeld, Germany, seeking a Trainee Online Marketing Manager. In this role, you will support client onboarding, provide ongoing customer support, and learn to develop effective marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Creating and managing advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google, and TikTok for agency clients
- Writing compelling ad copy for advertisements, landing pages, and websites
- Onboarding new client projects and ensuring smooth transitions
- Providing telephone and written support to clients with questions or concerns
- Analyzing campaign performance metrics and implementing optimizations to improve results
This is a full-time, permanent position with a structured 2-3 month onboarding period. No prior online marketing experience is required—career changers are welcome, as comprehensive training will be provided.
