About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential automotive technology organization in Munich seeking a working student (Werkstudent) to join their IT Service Management, Process Management, and AI team. This role offers up to 20 hours per week for a minimum commitment of 6 months, providing hands-on experience at the intersection of digital products, enterprise brands, and internal departments.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing processes, identify improvement opportunities, and develop solutions collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Model and visualize process landscapes, making complex workflows transparent and understandable for various stakeholders
• Evaluate and restructure knowledge management systems, preparing content for AI-assisted search and support tools
• Investigate automation potential for service and support processes in ticketing platforms and develop corresponding concepts and prototypes
• Assess AI implementation opportunities in knowledge management, service management, and process automation alongside the team
• Support agile events and promote collaboration and knowledge sharing within teams
• Conduct analyses, surveys, and evaluations; develop KPI dashboards and derive actionable recommendations for continuous service improvement
• Gain exposure to project management, service management, and digital product development in an agile environment

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Advanced Bachelor's or Master's student in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Digital Business, or comparable field
• Strong interest in IT Service Management (ITSM), process management, knowledge management, automation, and AI applications in enterprise environments
• Ability to structure, visualize, and clearly communicate complex topics
• Analytical mindset with a tendency to question existing workflows and develop data-driven solutions based on user requirements
• Structured, independent working style with high learning motivation
• Strong communication skills, team-oriented approach, and enthusiasm for collaborative problem-solving
• Excellent German and good English language skills
• Availability for up to 20 hours per week for minimum 6 months

Preferred Experience:

• Initial knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM), such as incident, request, or change management
• Experience with process visualization, flowcharts, or similar methodologies
• Interest in Generative AI, Copilot, or comparable AI technologies
• Exposure to project, process, or service management
• Familiarity with ticketing and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira or Confluence)
• Knowledge of process modeling, reporting, or data analysis
• Interest in AI-supported knowledge management, automation, or continuous improvement
