UI / UX Designer TEAMBOX (m/w/d) – Hamburg

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential B2B SaaS organization seeking a UI/UX Designer to shape the future of their core ERP solution for agencies, consultancies, and project-based service providers.

In this role, you will:

• Design compelling UI/UX workflows in Figma based on product feature concepts, while actively contributing your own perspective rather than simply executing predefined ideas
• Lead and influence a major product redesign initiative, actively shaping the look and feel of the platform
• Create and refine user experience flows to ensure the software feels intuitive and cohesive for end users
• Evolve and elevate the product's design language to the next level
• Maintain regular contact with customers and customer-facing teams to deeply understand their requirements and processes
• Continuously develop the product based on user feedback and industry best practices

What We're Looking For

Our client needs a designer who brings:

• Proven experience in UI/UX design for software products, with proficiency in tools like Figma
• Natural integration of AI tools into your design workflow to accelerate processes and validate ideas quickly
• Specific experience with B2B SaaS software, including familiarity with metrics such as MRR, CAC, and LTV
• Active awareness of current trends in software design and interface development
• Fluent German language skills and good English for customer and team communication
• Knowledge of agency or consulting environments that you can apply to product design (ideal but not required)
• A portfolio demonstrating your software design work

Bonus: Experience with project-based service organizations is a definite plus.
