Chief of Staff (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential healthcare technology organization seeking a Chief of Staff to support the CEO in achieving strategic objectives and advancing the organization through a dynamic growth phase. In this role, you will strengthen operational excellence through data-driven analysis and strategic decision support.

Your responsibilities include:

• Contributing expertise and ideas to diverse growth projects, including scaled partner network expansion
• Coordinating and prioritizing key strategic initiatives across multiple teams
• Leveraging experience to challenge existing processes, develop improvements, and establish new scalable workflows
• Building and nurturing relationships with partners using strong interpersonal skills
• Applying creative problem-solving abilities to navigate startup growth challenges
• Monitoring and steering cross-functional initiatives in close collaboration with various departments
