(Senior) Social Media Manager (all genders)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential marketing agency in München seeking a talented Social Media Manager to serve as their creative voice across digital platforms. In this role, you will craft compelling content strategies for both internal brand channels and diverse client accounts.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Conceptualizing and creating engaging content in text, image, and video formats tailored to specific platforms and target audiences
• Developing comprehensive content strategies and maintaining structured editorial calendars
• Managing online communities through active engagement, responding to followers, and analyzing engagement metrics
• Evaluating campaign performance, deriving optimization strategies, and proposing innovative content formats
• Collaborating closely with graphic design, video production, and marketing teams to ensure consistent and creative brand communication
• Executing multichannel campaigns across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook

What We're Looking For

Our client is seeking someone who combines creative storytelling with analytical rigor:

• Proven experience in social media or content marketing, ideally within an agency or project-based environment
• Strong proficiency across major platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn
• Hands-on content production skills encompassing text, image, and video creation
• Experience with multichannel management tools for campaign planning, deployment, and analysis
• Working knowledge of performance marketing, paid advertising, and analytics platforms
• Excellent German and English language skills (both written and spoken)
• Ability to work independently while thriving in collaborative team environments
