(Senior) Social Media Manager (all genders)

Responsibilities

Our talent team is representing a confidential digital marketing organization based in München. We're seeking a Social Media Manager to serve as the creative voice across multiple platforms for both internal channels and client accounts.

In this role, you will:

• Conceive and create engaging content in text, image, and video formats tailored to specific platforms and target audiences
• Develop content strategies and maintain structured editorial calendars across channels including Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube
• Actively manage online communities, interact with followers, and analyze engagement metrics
• Evaluate campaign performance, derive optimization insights, and propose new content formats
• Collaborate closely with graphic design, video production, and marketing teams to ensure consistent and creative brand communication

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate brings:

• Proven experience in social media or content marketing, ideally within an agency or project environment
• Strong proficiency across major social platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn
• Demonstrated skills in content production across text, image, and video mediums
• Experience with multichannel management tools for campaign planning, execution, and analysis
• Knowledge of performance marketing, paid advertising, and analytics tools
• Fluency in both German and English

This position is based in München with a hybrid arrangement allowing one day per week remote work. After an initial period, up to four weeks of EU workation annually may be available.
