Senior Technical Solution Consultant (d/f/m)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential marketing technology organization seeking a Senior Technical Solution Consultant to join their Hamburg team. In this role, you will bridge technical implementation with client success through the following responsibilities:

• Lead internal project coordination with project management and quality assurance teams
• Conduct technical conception, specification, and requirements engineering for software solutions directly with clients
• Provide consulting and support to internal and external stakeholders
• Implement and configure enterprise system solutions during system introductions and proof-of-concept phases
• Support the sales process through RFIs, RFPs, and creation and delivery of sales demonstrations
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Train and support clients in the application and maintenance of systems

What We're Looking For

Our client needs a creative, curious, and proactive professional who thrives in technical environments. The ideal candidate brings:

• Minimum 5 years of experience implementing Digital Asset Management and Workflow systems, as well as Web Content Management (Web-CMS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Strong proficiency with standard Adobe programs
• Affinity for structured work with system solutions
• Ideally, specialization in content or publishing solutions with experience in systems such as Aprimo, censhare, Marmind, OrangeLogic, or similar platforms
• High quality consciousness and attention to detail
• Quick learner with the ability to rapidly adapt to new subject areas
• Open, approachable, and client-oriented personality
• Excellent communication skills with customers and vendors
• Confident presentation abilities
• Enthusiasm for working in interdisciplinary environments within a dynamic team
• Proactive mindset with willingness to contribute ideas and take ownership
• Commitment to continuous learning, especially on-the-job with technically sophisticated systems
• Fluent German (minimum C1 level) and good English skills
