Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential marketing services organization in München seeking a Marketing Intern with a focus on events for a 6-month placement starting October 2026.

In this role, you will:

• Support our client's marketing team in daily operations while taking ownership of smaller projects from the start
• Actively participate in planning, organizing, and executing national trade shows, conferences, and events—from office preparation through on-site booth support
• Coordinate closely with speakers, sales colleagues, and external service providers
• Create briefings, prepare meetings and presentations, ensuring smooth workflows through structured organization
• Contribute creative ideas to direct marketing campaigns and apply your graphic design skills
• Maintain data in CRM systems and assist with lead generation and analysis
• Gain cross-functional exposure to different business areas aligned with your interests and strengths

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled as a student (minimum third semester) in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong organizational talent with structured work approach and ability to stay calm under pressure
• Hands-on mentality—you're not afraid to roll up your sleeves
• Excellent communication skills with an open, creative personality who enjoys teamwork
• Very good German language proficiency, quick comprehension, and analytical thinking
• Technical affinity and confident use of MS Office applications
• Willingness to travel occasionally for event support
• Availability for a 6-month internship starting October 2026
