Praktikant (all genders) Datamanagement – Fokus Social Selling

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential client in the incentive marketing sector, seeking an intern to support data-driven sales initiatives with a focus on social selling and lead generation. This Munich-based position offers hands-on experience in modern B2B outreach, CRM management, and campaign operations.

Please note: This internship is scheduled to begin in February 2027, but our talent team is accepting applications now to ensure we identify the strongest candidates early.

Responsibilities

• Execute targeted social selling outreach to potential contacts using defined lead segments
• Maintain, update, and ensure quality of contact data within the CRM system on a daily basis
• Track activities such as job changes and other touchpoints independently
• Research and create new company and contact records to support cold outreach campaigns
• Generate ad hoc leads for various marketing initiatives to maintain campaign quality
• Work with prioritized data lists and ensure structured, efficient utilization
• Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams while taking ownership of specific areas

What We're Looking For

• Interest in gaining practical experience in marketing, sales, or data management
• Structured and meticulous working style, particularly when handling data
• Prior experience with CRM systems or data maintenance is advantageous but not required
• Strong communication skills and confidence in proactively engaging potential contacts
• Excellent German language proficiency, quick comprehension, and analytical thinking abilities
• Self-starter with reliability and a strong sense of personal responsibility
• Technical affinity and proficient use of MS Office applications
• Currently enrolled in a relevant study program or recently graduated
