About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential B2B SaaS organization seeking a UI/UX Designer to join their product team in Hamburg. Our client is working on an exciting redesign of their enterprise resource planning solution, and this role offers the opportunity to shape the visual and interactive future of their core product.

As a recruiter for Get A Job.ai, we're looking for a designer who is passionate about B2B software, stays current with design trends, and understands that software should be both functional and delightful to use.

Responsibilities

• Create UI/UX designs in Figma based on product management concepts for an ERP solution serving the architecture and planning sector
• Design and refine user experience flows to ensure the software feels intuitive and cohesive for end users
• Contribute proactive feedback from a UI/UX perspective rather than simply executing specifications
• Evolve and elevate the product's design language
• Play a central role in a major design overhaul currently underway
• Maintain regular contact with customers and customer-facing teams to understand requirements and workflows
• Continuously develop the product based on user insights and industry best practices

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in UI/UX design for software products with proficiency in standard tools (Figma, issue tracking systems)
• Active use of AI tools in your design workflow to accelerate processes and validate ideas
• Specific experience with B2B SaaS software and familiarity with metrics like MRR, CAC, and LTV
• Strong awareness of current trends in software design and interface development
• Fluent German and good English for communication with customers and internal teams
• Bonus: Knowledge of architecture, engineering, or planning office environments that can inform product design decisions
