About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential renewable energy organization in Cologne for a working student position (15-20 hours per week) focused on training content development and sustainable energy education. This role offers hands-on experience in creating educational materials, supporting digital learning platforms, and contributing to the growth of clean energy expertise.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop training materials and learning content related to renewable energy topics
• Conduct independent research and prepare technical content on sustainable energy systems
• Support the design and delivery of training sessions and workshops
• Present training content to small groups
• Serve as a point of contact for user questions regarding digital learning platforms
• Coordinate and communicate with platform development teams
• Analyze user feedback and errors to support continuous improvement of processes and content
• Provide organizational and administrative support for training initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Renewable Energy, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable field
• Fundamental technical understanding and genuine interest in energy topics
• Proficient use of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for engaging with diverse stakeholders
• Independent and structured working style
• Passion for breaking down complex information and sharing knowledge effectively
• Excellent German language skills (C2 level)
• Good English language skills (minimum B2 level)
• Nice to have: Exposure to AI applications or digital learning platforms
• Nice to have: Experience with training platform tools
• Nice to have: Prior experience creating training materials, workshops, or presentations
