We are representing a well-established B2B marketing agency in the Hamburg metropolitan area that specializes in industrial and technical sectors. Our client is seeking a Team Lead for Online Marketing & Web Projects to join their digital team in Buchholz in der Nordheide, Germany.

This is a leadership role where you'll guide a talented team while staying hands-on with strategic digital projects. You'll work with industrial clients on web development, digital marketing, and process optimization initiatives. The position offers up to 60% remote work and a supportive, balanced work environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and professional development for the online marketing and web project team
• Manage resource allocation, project priorities, and workflow coordination
• Ensure quality standards, deadlines, and client satisfaction across all deliverables
• Oversee website projects, relaunches, and ongoing digital development initiatives
• Coordinate SEO, local search optimization, and content marketing campaigns
• Serve as the key liaison between clients, consulting, creative, and development teams
• Drive process optimization and implement AI-supported tools to enhance team productivity
• Stay current on digital trends and integrate relevant innovations into client work

What We're Looking For

• Several years of experience managing digital projects or web development initiatives
• Initial leadership experience or strong motivation to take responsibility for team development and motivation
• Solid understanding of websites, online marketing strategies, and digital processes
• Strong technical knowledge of web development and content management systems, particularly TYPO3 and WordPress
• High client orientation with proven consulting and communication skills
• Confident presence combined with empathy and team-oriented mindset
• Structured, solution-focused approach to work
• Genuine interest in digital trends and AI applications
• German language proficiency required for this role
