Our talent team is representing a confidential social services organization in Köln that is looking for a motivated Working Student in Recruiting (m/f/d) to support their growing HR function.

Responsibilities

• Support the complete recruiting process from job posting to onboarding
• Review and pre-screen applications
• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring journey
• Coordinate and accompany interviews and trial work sessions
• Maintain and manage the applicant tracking system
• Draft and publish job advertisements
• Assist with active candidate sourcing
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting processes

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's program (minimum 4th semester) in Human Resources, Business Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
• Prior practical experience in recruiting is required
• Strong interpersonal skills and genuine enjoyment working with people
• Independent, structured, and reliable work approach
• Professional and friendly demeanor
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Interest in taking on responsibility within recruiting operations
• German language proficiency required for this role
