Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound promotional communications with targeted healthcare professionals via phone and web platforms
• Develop comprehensive understanding of relevant products and disease areas to facilitate detailed clinical discussions
• Manage account planning activities including field resource coordination and customer education support
• Profile and prioritize healthcare professional lists to maximize product volume and market penetration
• Maintain required call productivity metrics and daily activity standards
• Complete accurate data entry documenting target responses, notes, and follow-up actions
• Execute sales strategies in full compliance with FDA promotional regulations and Federal Healthcare Program requirements
• Leverage customer networks and digital tools to expand connectivity across stakeholders
• Successfully complete product training programs including self-study, testing, and virtual classroom sessions
• Communicate effectively with sales management on project progress and territory insights

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum 2 years of pharmaceutical or B2B sales experience required
• Previous virtual or contact center sales experience required
• Eye care or ophthalmology experience strongly preferred
• Strong technical acumen and comfort with digital sales platforms
• Demonstrated ability to establish phone presence and build rapport quickly
• Proven track record working independently while meeting quantitative goals
• Positive attitude with adaptability to new therapeutic areas and organizational change
• Strong listening skills and ability to respond appropriately to customer needs
• Openness to performance feedback and commitment to continuous skill development
