EVP, Integrated Strategy

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential healthcare organization in their search for an EVP, Integrated Strategy. This is a senior leadership role requiring mastery of both brand strategy and connected media strategy—not as separate disciplines, but as one integrated practice. You will architect how three interconnected business units move as a coherent system while maintaining the specificity each requires.

This position reports to the Chief Strategy Officer and requires someone who has spent their career becoming genuinely fluent in disciplines most strategists keep separate. You will lead at the executive level, developing catalyzing ideas and orchestrating their deployment across consumer retail, pharmacy benefit management, and health insurance operations.

Responsibilities

• Shape and create the strategic ideas that orchestrate across three distinct business units, developing brand worlds with rigor and specificity that drive exceptional creative work
• Architect an intelligent story system that defines where ideas reach the right audiences across all business units and orchestrates how they show up in context
• Ensure coherence as the system expands across channels, moments, and audiences—every execution radiates from the same foundational idea
• Lead creative, media, product, and retail teams to rally around unified ideas rather than fracture into isolated tactics
• Hold the enterprise perspective, identifying where all three brands can move together and where they must move independently
• Think in both creative and media strategy languages simultaneously, weaving them together from idea through deployment
• Build and steward mission-critical relationships by delivering integrated work that creates visible business impact for enterprise leadership
• Recruit and develop a world-class team that embodies integrated thinking at every level, creating psychological safety where strategists challenge siloed approaches
• Create learning agendas that use measurement as feedback to optimize the system over time

What We're Looking For

• 13+ years of strategy experience with deep expertise in BOTH creative strategy AND media strategy—genuine fluency in how ideas and media interact, not sequential experience
• Proven track record defining strategic ideas, not just executing them, with evidence of how you think about idea propagation and compounding effects
• Leadership experience building and developing teams who become multipliers of integrated thinking
• Enterprise-level relationship management skills with comfort briefing C-suite stakeholders
• Deep understanding of how interconnected strategic systems work, not just campaigns
• Ability to hold complexity: multiple brands, audiences, and signals operating as one coherent force
• Capacity to operate at both strategic altitude and in the work itself, maintaining rigor at every level
• Track record of creating conditions where teams understand they're part of something bigger than their discipline
• Servant leadership approach where your actions help create culture

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: $285,000 - $300,000 annually. Placement within the range is based on relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors. This position is also eligible for discretionary incentive compensation and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, 401k, flexible paid time off, at least 15 paid holidays annually, paid sick leave, and paid parental leave.
