About This Opportunity
Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential real estate development organization in Berlin. We're seeking a Senior Project Developer to lead commercial and residential development initiatives from concept through approval planning.
Responsibilities
- Manage the complete project development cycle and coordinate external service providers including architects and specialist planners through approval planning stages
- Conduct site assessments and prepare feasibility studies, area planning documents, and cost estimates for commercial and residential projects
- Lead negotiations with municipal authorities, urban planning agencies, and community stakeholders
- Support urban planning workshop procedures and architectural competition processes
- Supervise zoning plan (B-plan) procedures and manage negotiations for urban development contracts
- Oversee neighborhood agreements and handle internal and external project reporting
What We're Looking For
- Degree in architecture, civil engineering, real estate management, property management, urban planning, or comparable qualification in housing or property management
- Several years of professional experience developing commercial and residential construction projects and building land
- Proven experience leading project teams
- Strong communication skills with demonstrated assertiveness and negotiation capabilities
- Knowledge of real estate industry legal frameworks is advantageous
- German language proficiency required for authority negotiations and stakeholder engagement
