Werkstudent (m/w/d) im Bereich Buchhaltung und Fuhrparkmanagement

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential social services organization in Köln seeking a working student to support accounting and fleet management operations.

In this role, you will:

• Support the organization and administration of the vehicle fleet
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor inspections, maintenance, repairs, and statutory vehicle inspections
• Schedule and attend appointments related to fleet vehicles
• Manage and process damage claims and accident documentation
• Communicate and coordinate with repair shops, leasing companies, insurance providers, and other service partners
• Monitor deadlines and maintain documentation for all relevant vehicle records
• Assist with vehicle handovers and returns
• Track and manage operating costs including fuel, maintenance, and leasing expenses
• Support general organizational and administrative tasks
• Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and monthly tax preparation
• Record and verify business transactions
• Support monthly and annual closing processes

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in business, administration, mobility management, or a comparable field
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
• Structured, careful, and independent working style
• High motivation and reliability
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Valid German Class B driving license
• German language proficiency required for this position
