Strategic Account Executive – Consumer Goods Industry

Responsibilities

Our client, a leading data and analytics platform provider, is seeking a Strategic Account Executive to drive growth within one of their most important Consumer Goods accounts in the UK. In this role, you will:

• Co-develop business plans with internal teams and ecosystem partners to accelerate customer success and exceed quarterly and annual usage and booking goals
• Lead cross-functional teams, customers, and partners to identify high-impact big data and AI use cases while demonstrating their value
• Drive digital transformation initiatives through strategic partnerships, professional services engagements, training programs, and executive-level engagement
• Build deep technical product knowledge to establish trust with executives and both business and technical champions
• Report to the Director of Sales while managing complex, multi-national account relationships

What We're Looking For

We are representing our client in the search for a candidate with:

• Proven experience leading and running large, extended virtual teams
• Demonstrated success building relationships and co-selling with Cloud Vendors (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and Global Solution Integrators
• Strong track record developing and managing relationships with large, global Enterprise accounts, specifically within the Consumer Goods/CPG sector (this is essential)
• Experience leading complex sales campaigns in major CPG organizations, including co-developing business cases, engaging C-level executives, value-based selling, and driving usage-based engagement models
• Background working in Big Data, Cloud, or relevant SaaS industries
• Consistent history of exceeding sales quotas in high-growth Enterprise software companies
• Experience working with professional services and training teams to drive customer adoption
