Senior Business Development & Strategy Manager (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential e-learning and career platform serving millions of users across German-speaking markets. They are seeking a Senior Business Development & Strategy Manager to join their leadership team in Augsburg.

In this role, you will:

• Support C-level executives in strategic development and prepare key business decisions with structured analysis
• Analyze markets, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities, translating insights into actionable recommendations
• Own strategic projects and initiatives end-to-end, from conception through implementation, leveraging automation and internal synergies
• Drive central growth initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Support C-level in day-to-day operations, ensuring strategic ideas translate into clear actions, ownership, and measurable results

What We're Looking For

• Completed university degree with approximately 4 years of relevant experience in strategy, business operations, venture development, business development, or comparable roles
• Proven track record in corporate strategy, growth strategy, or go-to-market strategy with the ability to quickly structure complex topics
• Strong analytical skills, entrepreneurial mindset, structured and independent working style
• Clear and effective communicator with high affinity for digital products and technology
• Fluent German and English language skills
• Experience in a startup, scale-up, SaaS company, or strategy/management consulting is a strong plus
• Willingness to be regularly on-site at the Augsburg office and travel as needed for select events and meetings

This is a full-time, permanent position based in Augsburg with remote work flexibility. You'll receive 30 days of holiday plus additional half-days on December 24th and 31st, along with meaningful ownership, performance-based bonuses, and potential participation in company success.
