About This Opportunity

We are representing a leading media and advertising organization in their search for a Senior Executive, Programmatic to join their London team. Our client operates at the intersection of data, technology, and creative media solutions, helping global brands optimize their digital presence and achieve measurable growth.

In this role, you'll take ownership of programmatic campaign management and strategy, working across multiple client portfolios to deliver exceptional results through data-driven insights and platform expertise.

Responsibilities

• Oversee implementation, management, and daily optimization of programmatic campaigns to meet client objectives and KPIs
• Design and execute media plans tailored to achieve specified performance targets, whether brand-focused or ROI-driven
• Lead quality assurance processes to minimize errors and ensure consistent adherence to campaign standards
• Develop and execute testing plans with methodical accuracy, proposing innovative approaches to improve campaign performance
• Create programmatic strategies aligned with client objectives across your portfolio
• Produce client reporting and extract actionable insights from campaign data to inform future activity
• Identify revenue growth opportunities through optimization, new services, or product recommendations
• Maintain financial accuracy throughout campaign planning, buying, reconciliation, and fee management
• Ensure operational excellence and process standards across the full campaign lifecycle
• Build and maintain strong relationships with platform partners and attend regular training sessions

What We're Looking For

• Genuine passion for programmatic activation and commitment to driving excellence in digital media
• Proactive approach to expanding your knowledge base and technical capabilities
• Demonstrated confidence working within core trading platforms including DV360, The Trade Desk, and Amazon
• Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to handle large datasets and identify trends and actionable insights
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, essential for building client and supplier relationships
• Experience managing programmatic campaigns and developing strategy at a senior executive level
• Right to work in the UK (required)
