We are representing a confidential staffing organization in Berlin seeking a Branch Manager for their healthcare division. This leadership role carries full responsibility for developing and expanding the location while driving significant growth.
- Lead the strategic expansion and development of the branch office
- Manage, motivate, and develop a team of recruitment professionals
- Create and execute growth strategies to meet ambitious revenue targets
- Organize and oversee client relationship management and new business acquisition
- Direct the recruitment, placement, and ongoing support of healthcare professionals
- Build and expand regional client networks within the healthcare sector
- Manage branch budget and ensure profitability targets are achieved
What We're Looking For
Our client needs an experienced leader who understands both staffing operations and the healthcare sector.
- Completed degree or professional qualification in business, commercial, or technical fields
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in temporary staffing or recruitment
- Proven experience in healthcare staffing or the care sector
- Established regional client network you can leverage
- Strong stress resilience and ability to perform under pressure
- Excellent social and interpersonal skills
- Ability to inspire and energize teams and clients

Pay
Base salary range €6,000 to €8,000 per month, plus performance bonuses, profit participation, company car, mobile phone, holiday pay, Christmas bonus, and pension scheme.
