Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential international consulting organization seeking an SAP HCM Consultant for a permanent position based in Frankfurt am Main, with remote and hybrid options available across Germany.
In this role, you will:
- Analyze, design, and implement requirements within the SAP HCM environment
- Support customizing, specification, testing, error analysis, and go-live activities
- Collaborate closely with clients, business units, developers, and project teams
- Take technical responsibility in SAP projects, from conceptual design through active implementation
What We're Looking For
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of practical experience with SAP HCM as a consultant or developer, with at least one completed project
Technical expertise: Strong knowledge in at least one of the following areas:
- Personnel Administration (PA)
- Payroll (PY)
- Organizational Management (OM)
- Time Management (PT)
Language skills: Business-fluent German (B2+ level or higher) in both written and spoken communication
Education: Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a comparable field, combined with several years of professional experience as an SAP consultant
