About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential staffing organization in the healthcare sector experiencing significant growth in 2025. Our client seeks an experienced Branch Manager (Pflege/Healthcare) to lead their Darmstadt location. This is a strategic leadership role with full P&L responsibility, team management, and opportunity for performance-based compensation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the expansion and development of the branch location
• Manage, mentor, and motivate a growing team
• Develop and execute growth strategies for the market
• Organize client relationship management and new business acquisition
• Oversee recruitment and ongoing support of temporary healthcare staff
• Build and expand regional client networks within the healthcare sector
• Hold full budget and financial accountability for branch performance

What We're Looking For

• Professional qualification through university degree or completed vocational training (commercial or technical)
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in temporary staffing or recruitment
• Proven background in healthcare/nursing (Pflege) sector staffing
• Established regional client network you can leverage
• Strong resilience under pressure and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal and social competencies
• Ability to inspire and energize teams and clients
