We are representing a confidential staffing organization in Hamburg that is experiencing significant growth in 2025. Our talent team is seeking an experienced Branch Manager for their nursing and healthcare division. This is a leadership role with full P&L responsibility, offering performance-based bonuses and comprehensive benefits including company car and mobile device.

Responsibilities

• Lead the expansion and development of the Hamburg location
• Manage and motivate a team of recruitment and account management professionals
• Develop and execute growth strategies for the nursing division
• Organize client service delivery and new business acquisition
• Oversee recruitment, placement, and retention of temporary healthcare staff
• Build and expand client networks throughout the region
• Maintain full budget and revenue responsibility for the branch

What We're Looking For

• University degree or completed vocational training in a commercial or technical field
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in staffing or temporary employment services
• Direct experience in the healthcare or nursing sector
• Established regional client network you can leverage
• Strong stress tolerance and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent interpersonal and social competencies
• Enthusiasm and ability to inspire teams and clients
