Role Overview

As Sr. Manager of International Logistics, you'll drive strategic and operational excellence across our global supply network. This leadership position balances high-level vendor partnerships, regulatory compliance, and cost optimization to ensure timely delivery of products worldwide. You'll mentor a team and champion best practices in international trade, customs management, and logistics planning.

What You'll Do

• Oversee end-to-end international shipping operations, from procurement planning through final delivery
• Negotiate and manage relationships with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, tariff requirements, and documentation standards
• Optimize logistics costs and delivery timelines across multiple markets and transit routes
• Lead, develop, and support a team of logistics professionals
• Monitor supply chain performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and finance teams to align logistics with business objectives

Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of logistics or supply chain management experience, with at least 3 years in international operations
• Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of international trade compliance, Incoterms, and customs procedures
• Proficiency with logistics software systems and data analysis tools
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting
